Staff is always friendly and helpful. I really like my Ophthalmologist. My only issue, on my last couple of visits, is the amount of people they schedule at once. When I arrived this last visit, there were literally 2 dozen people in the waiting room. I waited 25 minutes to be called into the back, only to read an eye chart then sit in a different waiting room for 20 minutes; then called back again to do some tests on the machines and another 30 minute wait for the doctor. From the time I went to the initial waiting room until I checked out it was an hour and a half and I only delt with people for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my wait times my two prior visits were worse.

Fast check in and friendly staff. Dr white was good. Explained everything, listened and answered my questions.

A most wonderful visit. From the front desk to Dr Throneberg himself, the entire staff was efficient, thorough and displayed a genuine concern for my treatment. This clinic deserves 10 stars...5 just isn't high enough!
