Dr Messner is a knowledgeable and competent physician. He is caring and ensures that the patient understands any concerns regarding vision. I am blessed to have him as my ophthalmologist.

Hes a great Dr. I would recommend him to eat in one. He did surgery on my eyes and I have not had any problems.
