Dr. Brenner and Dr. Naigle are great! They are kind and knowledgeable. They listen to you and seem to really care. The scheduling and billing departments are helpful as well. The staff at Medford are great! The front desk people at the Andover location are inconsistent. The only significant issue I have is its impossible to get in touch with anyone for a clinical question during the day. I have had a lot of eye pain and the on call during off hours is the only response I have gotten. They say they check the clinical voicemail every hour and get back to you within 24 hours.. not always true.

Clean, very little weight time, and the doctor was very clear and thorough with the explanations. Highly recommended.

Entire visit was personable, efficient and professional. I was highly pleased with the experience.Side note: Parking is available in rear of building instead of trying to find along High Street.
