Pros. Staff is great. Great results.Cons. Computer notification only notifies you 12 days before a scheduled appointment, which could have been made months ago. If you miss it it is a $50 fee. The computer notification should also notify you 2 to 3 days prior. It doesnt cost BV anything extra for a program to do that.

Office staff is friendly, they always run on time and the eye exams are very thorough.I have routine eye exams, a biphoplasty , and monovision surgeries without any issues.I would definitely recommend Boston Vision
