I received Lasik surgery in February 2023 and it has been life-changing! From the front desk staff, to Carrianne, to the doctors, everybody was super helpful and answered any questions that I had. I was a little nervous in the operating room but everybody was so reassuring and talked me through the entire surgery and they played whatever music I wanted which was super nice! They also gave me a stuffed animal to hold onto which was comforting - even as an adult :) the doctors want you to feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure and will go above and beyond you make you feel that way. I did feel some pressure during certain parts of the procedure, but no pain at all and it was over before I knew it! Dr. Keshav was great. I was able to see clearer as soon as I walked out of the operating room, which was so was surreal! My vision got better and better after that. Recovery was easy and the follow up appointments were thorough. The staff assured me that if I had any questions or issues during recovery that I could call any time. I didn't have any issues :) I have been enjoying not having to wear glasses and it has really changed my life. Thank you Boston Vision! You guys are the best.
