Pros. Staff is great. Great results.Cons. Computer notification only notifies you 12 days before a scheduled appointment, which could have been made months ago. If you miss it it is a $50 fee. The computer notification should also notify you 2 to 3 days prior. It doesnt cost BV anything extra for a program to do that.

Office staff is friendly, they always run on time and the eye exams are very thorough.I have routine eye exams, a biphoplasty , and monovision surgeries without any issues.I would definitely recommend Boston Vision

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and respect when I was taking to the back the service got even better the assistant was very nice and knowledgeable and explained how things work and the doctor was so helpful and kind and explained everything to me in detail Im so grateful I went there and met her Dr. Dunker
