being seen by Dr. Hettler-Young was such a positive experience. No judgement, no stupid questions, no information was unneccesary or useless. Endless patience, and didn't make you feel like she was in a rush to see the next patient.Optical shop is right next door and if you're in there, see Lisa who helped me look for the perfect pair of eyeglasses and then didn't blink when I asked if I could use my old frame instead. She cared, went above and beyond to make sure I found a pair that suited me, introduced me to new styles, and didn't try to "sell" me anything, other than helping me find a frame style that looked good.
