I have been seeing Dr Tran for over 2 yrs. We tried several procedures before we found what worked. She was always responsive to my complaints of pain. Always returned my calls. Always listens. When you have chronic pain it may take time to find what works for you. Be patient with your dr. also. But being a patient at Spine Team Texas changed my life for the better. Read review

I've seen Dr. Tran a few times now, and every experience has been wonderful. She really cares and listens to what I have to say, and has always provided me with various options regarding my spine issues. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs a spine specialist. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was not very helpful. My xray was not sent by Touchstone imaging and never once did she made an effort to reach out to them. Dr Tran was able to reach out to Touchstone and have my X-ray emailed immediately. The paperwork process was very time consuming. I filled out everything online 2 days in advance and sat with a nurse for 45 mins going over everything I had already completed. When I mentioned this to the nurse, she said she understands it is repetitive but that's the process. Totally unnecessary and took about an 1 hr to visit with Dr. Tran. Read review
Dr. Tran seemed thorough and interested in my experience with my back pain. She was informative and answered every question. I trusted that she was experienced and knowledgeable, even though she seemed so young. I trusted her. I could tell she believed I needed back surgery, but she respected my desire to try to avoid it. Testing the nerves in my feet and legs requires a process that can be a little painful but she was so compassionate and helped me through it. Guess Im a big baby! The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I couldnt get a report printed or verbal about the results except that I didnt have neuropathy. Thats what I was in there to check but I was told there was a problem in my back causing the numbness possibly. I thought she was gonna come back after I got dressed and talk with me, that was my misunderstanding. Overall everyone was very nice and helpful. Just wish I couldve got direct information instead of it going to the doctor that referred me. Read review
Dr Tran is very knowledgeable and friendly. Shes a great doctor, very assertive in her diagnosis. She take care of you since the first visit until you are healed. She recommended treatments for healing me from pain and educated me for preventing the reoccurrence of my pain. She provided continuous follow up. Dr. Tran is personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. She gathers my recent history for coming in, will do the exam, and lists options for my care. We discuss each option then she allows me to choose the direction I want to go. I feel that we have a partnership in my care. Read review

I left a horrible review of Dr Tran, on 5/2/2020. I would like revoke that entire post. I was in severe pain, angry, and my poor decision to judge her so horribly was neither fair or accurate. Dr Tran has phoned me personally, which Is extremely rare, and very much appreciated. My PCP knows Dr Tran and recommends her highly. I was not in the right state of mind to make all of the comments in my rating, and would like retract everything I posted. I also would personally like to apologize to Dr Tran for my actions and any issues it might have created for her. Please disregard any negative comments made in my review of 5/2/2022, as Dr Tran did not deserve the horrible things I reported after only speaking with her once. Had my initial appt with Dr. Tran. She was thorough, compassionate, explained what she saw or didn't see on the radiology exams. I found that too be very helpful. She explained more of what I had good with my spine, not all bad. She was quick to offer relief! Meaning she HEARD me when I said I had already done the physical therapy and it didn't help. I had already tried the muscle relaxers but I have to be on-call and can't be drowsy. She actually listened and gave me real options! I am thankful for that! Also to add, the staff is incredibly nice. I spoke to 2 front office ladies at check in, a radiology tech that took me back and performed xrays, a nurse that did initial assessment before Dr. Tran came in, a scheduler to schedule my procedures after, and financial services at check out for copayment. Plenty of chances to meet a bad apple, but no - I had an amazing experience there! Thank you! Read review

Absolutely one of the nicest doctors that I have ever seen. She is very engaged in how her customer is hurting, she ask all the right questions and understands if you cannot quite explain what your pain feels like.
