I suffered for 40 years with indescribable pain. After a series of doctors who were unable to properly diagnose the root cause of my pain, Dr Berg correctly identified that my problem is related to a bad case of Shingles from many years ago. Once he diagnosed then he treated me effectively. While I will always carry the underlying cause of my pain, Dr Berg has made it possible for me to resume normal activities (for my age). Very professional front office staff. Very efficient. I saw the Drs staff right at my scheduled appointment time, no waiting. Dr. Berg analyzed my health issue and spoke at length describing what I am dealing with and suggested my next steps in laymans terms. He gave me ample time to give my feedback and listened very carefully to my health history so that he could understand the cause for my visit. I did not feel like I was being rushed out. Dr. Berg offered explained what the x-ray showed and then gave me a plan of action. He offered me a way to help reduce the pain with 1 week of medication. I have to admit after taking one round of medicine I was able to turn my head a little and the pain had decreased. After the second dose I could turn my head and the pain was basically gone. I am so glad that he offered this option to me. If I every need help like this again, I would choose him and recommend him to my friends. Read review

All the other Doctors only offered Invasive Back Surgery Alignment as the only option to end the Back/Spine pain. Dr. Berg is friendly, smart as can be, but most importantly, he is to the point and keeps me current as far as new advances the treatment of my pain. All of the NP's are fantastic but I will mention Markus Bader and Kelsey Etley as my favorites. Spine Team Texas Rockwall is the most proficient medical practice that I use. My appointment reason was I received a notice on my spinal cord stimulator iPad that my generator was approaching replacement time. The doctor was very nice treated me good and I really appreciate the fact that he was straight with me he told me what was wrong and he told me that there was nothing they could do for me but I appreciate his honesty I'm not taking advantage of me by doing something that wouldn't help. Dr. Berg took the time to listen to my problem without rushing it. The lady making the next appointment needs to brush up on her customer service skills. After years of suffering Pain from Nurotphy in both feet and living on Pain Medications, that did not stop the pain at all I finally just dumped them in the trash then I met Doctor Berg after examining Me he suggested an Electric Stimulator to be implanted on a trial basis within a couple of hours I was almost Pain-free It was removed today and the Pain is back I can't wait for My Insurance Company to O.K. to have it put back in permanent.
