Dr. Donnelly was extremely thorough in explaining the procedure (nerve testing for carpal tunnel) as she went along. She had a great 'bed-side' manner and to top it all off, I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen! Read review

The front desk Kim was so helpful with me checking in. The nurse that checked me ( I forget her name, sorry) was so patient and helpful. The XRay tech (I forgot his name as well) was help and understanding with my back pain. I was walking slow like a turtle due to my pain. I recently had an EMG test performed by Dr. Donnelly. She was very informative as to what was to be expected with each part of the test and the sensations I was going to feel. I had an EMG test done many years ago and had had a not so good experience. Dr. Donnelly gave me reassurance that the test would go easily. She has great bedside manners and very professional. I have had lower back issues for years and in one visit Dr. Donnelly was able to decipher that my pain was more than likely caused by a hip issue and not my lower back... long story short, the MRI revealed she was correct, I was able to get an injection in my hip and my pain has subsided. I called to make an appointment for back pain and they were able to get me in the next morning. Everyone from the lady with whom I made the appointment, the medical assistant, x-ray tech and Dr Donnelly were all very nice. Dr. Donnelly was very attentive took her time and listened to me. I didnt feel rushed or hurried (unlike my personal Dr) and she took the time to explain things and answer my questions. We formulated a plan of attack and she advised me to call if I needed anything else or if the prescription was not helping. Isnt this how its supposed to be? I saw Dr Donnelly for recurring lower back pain. From the minute she walked in to the time she left the exam room, I felt at ease and comfortable. Dr Donnelly is great. She takes the time to explain everything I asked. HOWEVER, on a different subject, your billing department is in competition for WORST EVER. They do not apply payments to the bill intended but instead put the payment where ever they want. I was told that the people that we talk to on the phone NEVER see the actual invoices. The bills come to them and the invoices go out in a haphazard fashion. It is an accounting nightmare for anyone that attempts to keep track of their medical bills and payments.
