She actually listens, is empathetic and doesn't rush you out of the office just to get to the next patient. She took the time to address ALL my concerns and never once made me feel like a hypochondriac. She assured me that she appreciated my early approach and even worked with me on a treatment plan that was conservative in nature to start with. Dr. Roylston explained the procedure well and gave me a great idea of what to expect and how long it would last. I was pleased that the results of the test were immediately available and she explained them in detail as well as what next steps might be.
