Amazing! Fairly new to Texas . I didn't know what to expect. After carefully review the reviews from previous patients...I have to say that they were correct. She genuinely cares. She definitely wants to figure out what's causing the issues you're having. Thank you so much ??. From the front desk to the scheduler ...I'm really impressed. I have to say my new provider Medical Assistant definitely started off a bit wrong but she definitely improved into the visit. Maybe it's her personality. I thought I knew exactly what was wrong with me. Dr, Nguyen listened patiently, took notes etc., but then did an exam, data gathering, reading X-rays etc. and suggested that maybe it is something else. I ended up with an incredible rare disease and Dr. Nguyen and her curiosity helped me take the first steps at getting help. after 4 other doctors told me my pain was just normal. Instead she erred on the side of "lets rule things out" rather than assume and was able to discover key info to helping me get a diagnosis of a rare condition. My appointment was for follow up. To start with a big thank you to the front desk, you recognized me and called me by name. That made me feel welcome and not just a patient. That goes along way. At the time of visit I was in more pain than words can say. Both the wonderful nurse and Dr realized it in an instant and treated me on the spot. She listened to everything I had to say and asked all the right questions that I could easily understand and answer. Things I would even know to just say. I am so impressed. Dr Nguyen spent a lot of time with me explained what I was going thru and results of both of my MRIs. I have and will recommend her and the staff to anyone and everyone. I waited a total of about 3 minutes before I was put in a room and look about the same amount of time before the doctor came in. She was there and she took care of me answered all my questions. She checked all my vitals herself. She checked my balance my strength and was thorough. Read review

The day of my procedure went very easy and quick. Within 24hrs I am pretty much pain free. Which is a huge difference going from being in the ER with unbearable pain in lower back due to L3,4&5 bulging disk. Shooting pain down my left leg and unable to walk without the help of a cane. For example, today she pulled up an image of a hip on Google and explained to me my condition and what her recommended treatment would accomplish. Dr. Nguyen took her time going over my scans and telling me about one issue I wasn't aware of and thoroughly explaining what she saw. Her exam was also through and she scheduled additional tests. My only regret is that it is going to take 2 weeks to get a follow-up appointment so I can get the results of my test. Read review
