On September of this year (2023) Dr. Zaryanov performed a back surgery that has already produced significant pain relief. It was magic. Dr Z recognized that I had curvature of the spine which led to stenosis which led to pinched nerve which led to hip and calf pain. When I woke up, there was no pain. That has now been over six months and still no pain. Thank you Doctor Zaryanov. Read review

Dr, Zaryanov was the 3rd doctor I had seen for cervical spine issues. Previous doctors indicated surgery would be ineffective. Their reasons, IMHO, were dubious, and on one particular point, illogical. Apparently, Dr. Zaryanov agreed with my assessment and one year post-surgery I consider my procedure a complete success. I had a cervical fusion on 8/2/22. I had no life prior besides going to to work, and going home and just feeling horrible. I previously saw 2 other spine specialists, and they just treated me as a payday. Injections that didnt have any resolve (My condition was passed all of those treatments). Dr. Z looked at my imaging, took his time to listen and understand my pain and what was going on and Spine Team Tx had me scheduled and in surgery within 2 weeks. I woke up with the soreness from the surgery and it was NOTHING compared to the pain I had been living with for over a year!! It has been 4 Mos Post Op and he keeps an eye on my recovery, listens if I do have any concerns and is just over all an amazing Surgeon/Dr! I feel so lucky to have had him as my team lead. Pleasant and professional office staff. I had an L4-L-5 fusion on 12/8/21 and just did my 6 month follow up with Dr. Z. I've been released with no restrictions except that I still mind how I bend and how much I lift and to continue PT exercises. I 100% feel better than I did before surgery. One of the kindest, smartest surgeons I have ever met. Patient, kind, explains everything in language that is understandable to everyone (including my husband). Results were exactly as explained. I have had back issues for over 40 years. I was to the point that I could not walk across the room without stopping. I had the "big" surgery. Great visit with Dr. Z. However, after Kim called the day before to ask a lot of questions pre visit, I wanted to confirm that my significant other could come with me to the visit she told me several times that no, he couldn't. Even after telling her thar the Dr told me he could. Very disapponted.
Dr Z and I had to conduct our appointment over the internet due to the Coronavirus. It was very different for both of us, but we achieved in top notch fashion. Dr Z provided his diagnosis and a couple of options for me. Answered all my questions. I am very knowledgeable about my situation. Big thank you to him. Routine follow up from injection. Went over the effectiveness of the injection was. Unfortunately it did not go well. Dr Z did another examination and one of the recommendations was to have another injection.We elected to have another injection to see if that would rememdy the pain in his back. Read review

Spine Team of Texas was referred to me by one of my clients and I'm so glad she did. Dr. Z was the third doctor I have seen and diagnosed my problem. He set me up with some medication and physical therapy in their office. My insurance doesn't cover Chiropractic so being able to do my physical therapy in the Spine Team office really helped. After a bad fall, I visited a hospital emergency room where I had an Xray of my back. The doctor on duty as well as the Radiologist stated there was no sign of break or fracture . Knowing that I needed to see a spine doctor, I also had a CT of my spine. Again the report stated no evidence of break or fracture but that I have a lot of stenosis. Due to a lot of mid to low back pain, I took these tests & saw Dr Zarynov. He immediately noticed that I had broken my L1 vertebrae. He clearly advised me of all my options. Dr. Zarynov is the best surgeon I have ever found. He is not only knowledgeable, but has wonderful bedside manner and a friendly personality. I had neck surgery and had NO pain at all following surgery. This is remarkable as is was in such pain I could not sleep or perform even simple tasks. Dr. Zaryanov is the best most knowledgeable spine surgeon i have had the pleasure to come across. He did my 4th back surgery and compared to my other surgeries, i felt 4 times better with his surgery than i have had in previous surgeries. He is a surgeon who has a great bedside manner and hehas a good sense of humor. His technique is fantastic! His staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I was so impressed with Dr. Zaryanov that i would recommend him to anyone that needs spine surgery. His aftercare is also top notch. Out of my 4 surgeries, the one he did (my 4th) i did not ever cry or get teared up from pain. I cried a good amount after each of my 1st three surgeries. If i ever need another back surgery i would go to him and only him. Even if i moved out of state and needed surgery, iwould hitchhike just to have him perform it. That's how good of a surgeon he is. Dr. Zaryanov did an awesome job repairing my knee after severe damage to my Tibia. After what he called one of the worst Tibia breaks he has ever seen I am able to walk with little discomfort 7 months later. (Up to 1 year recovery time.) Also Dr. Z was very accomodating to me for someone who didn't have insurance and working with me on payment options. He surely didn't have to do that and I am grateful for his understanding. We have visited dr. Zaryanov twice, both of my daughters had dislocated arm bones. Both times it took him less than 5 mins to identify and stabilize the fracture without using any pain medication because he did it so quick, my daughter didn't even realize what happened. I've met doctor Zaryanov when I injured my shoulder and he helped me. Doctor is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. His staff is friendly and nice, I was able to make a same day appointment with no problem. Everything was on time. The staff did an x-ray really quickly and then doctor showed up. We have reviewed my X-rays and examined my shoulder in great detail. I got as much attention as I needed and never felt rushed. He then treated my shoulder and now I am pain free. Read review
My daughter was broken her arm last month, and we went to doctor. Those doctor has not great competition. Four hours tried put bone o their plase, but can't. I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Dr. Zaryanov for the wonderful gift of feeling normal again. I had gone so long with such discomfort, so much it was affecting my normal daily functions. I wish Dr. Zaryanov could be my Primary Care Physician. His knowledge far exceeds the orthopedic realm. After 5 years of hearing bone spurs and age, and being blown off by other medical professionals, I went to Dr. Zaryanov for a diagnosis to file for SSDI. After being 45 mins late for my first appointment, he saw me anyway. Long story short, he ordered the tests and found the problem. And a year later I am blessed with more than his goal.
