Doctor was open, friendly and informative. I enjoyed the visit. Procedure was relatively painless with only very mild discomfort. The assistant was polite, the only thing I didnt care for when I asked the assistant if they had a different size shorts, because the waist looked too small and I was concerned they wouldnt fit, she said no that they usually fit. I commented that I was surprise they didnt carry larger sizes for plus size people. The size was one size L to XL. The response was I could reschedule my appointment and bring my own shorts if I wanted to. It was not said in a hateful tone just as a direct comment. I honestly dont believe they meant to be rude but it was a bit off putting. Other than that one small thing it went great! The shorts fit but were tight in the waist. I wear a 1 X, so I have to wonder what they do when a really large person comes in. All in all it was a very minor thing but the probably could have been said in a different way. Read review

The entire process didn't waste a minute of my time and I was kept informed every step of the way. From walking in the door, getting the spine injection, and walking out to my car was under 45 minutes. I don't think I have ever been in and out of any medical facility that quick. After receiving a shocking report from a neuro surgeon that my spine is irreparable, i was devastated. A shot was recommended in my sacrum. Dr. Platon was to give the shot. I was seen at the Rockwall office of Spine Team Texas on 4/5/2022. The check in process went quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had X-rays prior to seeing Dr. Platon. I had zero wait time and was actually seen ahead of my appointment time. Dr. Platon discussed and explained in detail what he saw on the XRays that they took. Excellent appointment on all counts. 1`. Doctor was ON Time in my treatment door. 2. Dr, Platon listened intently to my issue. 2. He offered two options as to the cause of my pain issue. 3. I listened to his analysis of what I had tried to tell him and he understood. 4. He offered treatment option for that visit that I had hoped would be offered. 5. Treatment was done and completed in my treatment room. 6. I left grateful for the relief that I had been told were possible. 7 In the 2 weeks since the treatment my pain has dropped from a #9 pain to only occasional feeling at about level 3. 8. Next step is to do the PT work in this office which will continue to resolve the nerve pain. This was a Total rating of 10 for all of the above. Read review
