Really anxious about this injection as one i had at another Orthopedic Doctor 2 years ago was extremely painful. No lidocaine first, no sonogram to identify. Dr. B. did all these things and although I was braced for the pain, there was none. Barely felt it. I was amazed and told him so. That was yesterday and I already have pain relief. Praise God. The process it took to administer the epidural injection in my neck was easy. It only took a few minutes for the injection. It was painless and successful. I hope this will get rid of my neck pain due to a pinched nerve. Read review

As a patient that is a physician, I can be fairly critical when seeing a doctor for myself. I did not know Dr Bauerfeind before the visit. He was on time, very thorough in his history taking, exact in his examination and very complete in explaining the situation of my leg symptoms from the LSSpine area. 10 out of 10 score. I had excellent service while @Spine Team with the exception of the online forms & resulting problem with getting a prescription sent to the correct pharmacy before the July 4th Holiday weekend started.The forms were confusing in that forms I completed while employed were still online along with the updated forms from 7/2/21. While calling in my script, the nurse called up the old form & called the wrong pharmacy. It took more than 3 hrs to correct this error. If the old forms were archived, the nurse would not have had access to this outdated information.

I dont want to give out 5 stars just yet, because with me, trust has to be earned and I have just started seeing this office. I do see the potential of 5 stars though! So far, the staff has been great and Dr. B has been very knowledgeable / willing to help. Ive had this back pain for so long off and on, intensity varying, that I dont want to get my hopes up just yet. However, I am excited to be finally dealing with a specialist in one of the best states in the US! I can say, I am happy with the communication thus far, even after there have been several power outages during this crazy winter storm. Read review

I was pleasantly surprised to find a doctor who took his time listening to the issue I had with my back. He is thorough and patient and not quick to offer invasive only treatments. I had a hip problem. It was bothering me for long time. Dr. Bauernfeind went out of his way to explain the situation and what was really happening.
