Dr. Reffell is an excellent optometrist. He listens, takes his time with you and is always in a great mood. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I felt very comfortable asking as many questions to ensure my vision care. For years I've seen other optometrists trying to get contacts, but he has been the only one that took his time during the fitting process, until it was right.
