Excellent experience. It was clear throughout my visit that every person I connected with follows this rule. If you love what you do, you do what you love and it shows. After a horrible experience in an ER, Im grateful to have been referred to Colorado Retina Associates by my daughter in law. Welcoming, concerned for my safety, established appt the same day, and did more in 1 and half hours vs 5 and half hrs at the ER with no forward movement. I am so glad I found this clinic. Dr. Zhang is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. She is everything you ever would want in a health care practitioner - intelligent, empathetic, kind, and thoughtful, returns phone calls promptly, and gives advice "If you were my sister, this is what I would want you to do." Dr Zhang saw me Monday after a weekend issue with my right eye as my regular doctor, Dr Belen was unavailable. Dr. Zhang did an incredible job reassuring me there were no urgent issues with my eye and with some librication over the next few days the irritation should clear up. My wife was involved in a skiing accident while on vacation in Colorado and we had concerns about a detached retina. We were able to get a hold of Dr. Zhang with Omni Eye Specialists and she came in after hours on a Sunday.
