Went in without an appointment for an issue. Was taken in almost immediately, examined and given a prescription. Very well treated!
Like last year at this time , I had an excellent experience at Eye Associates in Hudson,WI from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and everything that followed felt efficient, professional, and well coordinated.Dawn was fantastic she handled most of the exam prep and testing, including the retinal imaging handoff , and explained things clearly along the way. Dr. Harris was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel relaxed and reassuring.I also want to give a special thank-you to Laura in optical. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through frame and lens choices, encouraging me to try new options, and making sure I felt confident in my selections. I ended up ordering two pairs of glasses, including one special office pair to help with my distance and viewing multiple monitors. I left feeling completely confident accomplished exactly what I wanted and that if anything needed adjustment, the service would be there to support it.The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The process was easy, the attitudes were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Eye Associates.
