Ive been a patient of Dr. Kluvers for some time now. Hes very thorough, friendly, takes the time to explain things and ensure that you have a clear understanding. Hes always timely, fully of energy and very pleasant.

This rating is specifically for Dr. Hansel and Dr. Frederick.I see Dr. Hansel for regular eye exams and to be followed for other medical reasons. Hes an excellent listener and addresses your concerns with confidence and compassion. My last appointment I heard a little bit about why he became an eye doctor, his passion is evident in his dealing with me as a patient and person.My son sees Dr. Frederick and my main compliment is that hes very quick and efficient with exams. Hes extremely competent at what he does. Hes incredibly patient and kind, too.

We did not have a long wait. The technicians were personable. They gave directions clearly and concisely. They reported their findings as the tests were completed. They patiently answered all our questions. We were encouraged by the preventative care measures they recommended.
