There were waits along the way, but none were extreme. All my questions were answered and the testing and exams went smoothly and were informative. If my schedule had allowed it, I could have had my cataract surgery within 3 days of my visit with Dr. Kleinfeldt. I would be comfortable referring friends and family to him for care.
Very smooth running organization from scheduling to making the next appointment. Each person I dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend OSM.

The entire staff was pleasant and put me at ease for surgery. They explained aftercare well and called the next day to see how I was doing, even knowing I had an appointment later that day.
