Outstanding! My first visit to the practice (referred by my physician). I arrived at the scheduled time (7AM), very brief wait before being taken back and immediately began my diabetic eye exam. Their process is a well-oiled machine and all of the techs and Dr. Ellenberg were professional and efficient. I was prepared for a "two hour" process, but I was done in one. Well done!

The staff of nurses are very nice and helpful. I need a wheelchair and they always help me. Dr. R did retna surgery, he was very compassionate because I was very nervous.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chow and the whole staff of the Southfield office. Everyone was so courteous, professional, and friendly. I think Dr. Chow did a great job on my cornea transplant. I will recommend him and OSM to anybody and everyone who asks for a recommendation.
